Personally negotiated the details of the largest property deal (to that date) in Australia's property History (Purchase of the Bond Building from Bond Corporation and assisted in the sale negotiations to MID of Japan.

Personally negotiated Australia's largest ever (at the time) commercial lease (BT lease in Chifley Tower)

Personally negotiated major leases for some of the largest tenancies of major buildings in Sydney, including the renegotiation of the Allen Allen and Helmsley lease in Chifley tower, the Pioneer leases in Coopers and Lybrand Tower, and completed negotiations for the Coopers and Lybrand Lease in the Coopers and Lybrand Tower.

Negotiated the deal to bring Tiffany of New York to Australia.
